Corey Eubanks - President


Corey Eubanks began his career as a professional stuntman in 1981 on the feature film “The Sting 2”. He then spent the next four years perfecting his stunt-driving skills on the popular television show “The Dukes of Hazzard”, jumping the world famous GENERAL LEE more than sixty times over a period of 87 episodes. Soon Corey’s talents were in demand and he began working on other high-action television shows such as “The A-Team”, “The Fall Guy” and “Hunter”. Throughout his 25 year career Corey has performed stunts for some of Hollywood’s biggest stars, including Tom Cruise (”Far and Away”, “Mission Impossible 2” & “Vanilla Sky”); Sylvester Stallone (”Cobra”, “Tango & Cash”
& “Get Carter”); Robert De Niro (”Midnight Run”, “Backdraft” & “Showtime”); George Clooney (”Oceans Eleven”) and Ben Stiller (”Starsky & Hutch”) and has worked with almost every major director including Ron Howard, John Woo, Tony Scott, TIm Burton and Michael Bay.

To date Corey has worked on more than 700 television shows and over 80 feature films such as “2 Fast 2 Furious”, “Cellular”, “TAXI”, “The Island”, “Mr. & Mrs. Smith”, “The Longest Yard”, “Herbie: Fully Loaded”, “Fast & Furious 3: Tokyo Drift”, “Deja Vu” and “Transformers” and “Killers” with Ashton Kutcher. He recently worked on "Night & Day" starring Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz - and is at this moment working on "Fast & Furious 5"!

A winner of the 2005 Taurus World Stunt Award for his outstanding stunt-driving performance in the feature film, “TAXI”. Corey is the only stuntman in the world still jumping the GENERAL LEE now more than 20 years!

Corey Eubanks and Joey Freitas

Jeremy Timmins - Vice President

Jeremy Timmins has been involved in the racing world since he was a child. He was raised around horsepower and burning rubber. He has been practicing precision driving since before he could legally drive. At the age of 22 he began racing professionally. At age 24 he started Fast 1 Motorsports, a performance shop specializing in racecar parts and high performance engine builds. He has worked with teams in Speed World Challenge, and across all levels of grassroots style racing. In 2005 He founded a car club named TSDNW, which now has members numbering in the hundreds. Jeremy has volunteered as a driving instructor at numerous driving schools across the Pacific Northwest. A couple of his students have gone on to win titles in Regional and National Races. A couple fun facts about Jeremy, he likes to do photography and play drums. He spends his spare time working on his racecars, and BBQ'ing with his family and friends. He is currently building 2 cars to campaign; one in Open Road Racing and at the Bonneville Salt Flats, and the other in National SCCA AutoX and Drifting.

Joey Freitas - Executive in Charge of Production

Joey has a unique background and numerous skills. Joey was the Transportation Captain on the huge blockbuster "Transformers" and is currently filling the same position on its sure to be hit sequel "Transformers 2". Managing and maintaining all of those cars (and occasionally driving them on-screen) comes easy to Joey - and the unique skills he has developed on huge motion picture blockbusters serve Auto Barrel Racing very well. Joey has done everything from working to bring the ABR concept to high-level television producers all the way to coordination of lighting rigs for night-time ABR events. Joey is an essential part of the Auto Barrel Racing team.

Mitzy Timmons - Director of Marketing

Mitzy is a chick who likes to drive, ride or fly. She likes the wind in her hair and the excitement of accomplishing goals. With a background in Retail Management, Business Administration, her experience with numerous non-profits and a passion for people, makes Mitzy is a good fit for the ABR. She has held positions as an ambassador, advisory board member, procurement committee member, event coordinator, donor, sponsor, mentor and in community outreach. Mitzy opened a business in 2003, and in 2007 she was published on the front page of Living, "Have Talent Will Travel", and recognized as a leader and trend-setter for businesses to fit a busy lifestyle. She is also the Public Relations and Advertising Manager for FAST 1 Motorsports. She started a Non-Profit in March of 2008. Mitzy is also a Co-Founder of a Car Club and has been Drag Racing and AutoX'ing since 2001.

Scott Romine - Creative Director

Scott has been involved in the ABR since its very first incarnation - developing the original website and editing the promotional video found on the home page. Scott's background in Video Production, Print and Design have been in use for Auto Barrel Racing since 2003. Scott has documented each ABR event with still and video cameras - and produced the online reports seen on this website. He also designed the ABR trailer seen at events - and t-shirts as well.

Scott's love for all things creative are seen across the web - as he also maintains several celebrity owned websites and online stores. In the past few years he has developed licensed Warner Brothers merchandise and helped to organize several national level events.

Tyler Eubanks - Event Coordinator

Corey's daughter Tyler has been a part of the ABR since the production of the original promotional video (viewable on the home page). Tyler has worked as a production coordinator on several television pilots produced by her dad and is currently a full time student in California. Tyler put together the staple uniform of an ABR girl and has helped to manage every ABR event since our first one in Houston, Texas - and she has filled many roles along the way including Event DJ and Treasurer.

Jamey Smith - Event Producer

Jamey has been involved in live stunt shows for several years at race tracks across the nation. One of his more notable stunt is the two wheel or ski car stunt. He recently performed his trademark stunt in the 2nd Street Tunnel in Los Angeles driving the "Bumblebee" car in the movie Transformers.

For Auto Barrel Racing - Jamey organized and promoted the 2nd and 3rd competitions ever produced for ABR. Both events were held near Dallesport, Washington - very close to his home. He is planning for several in 2009.

Tim Mattfeld - Event Producer

Tim Mattfeld is a full time Fireman in Houston , Texas with an interest in the stunt business. He has attended stunt schools - and met President Corey Eubanks as a result. From there Tim became the very person to produce an Auto Barrel Racing event - held in his home town of Houston. Tim also coordinated an ABR promotional event and booth during one of the largest NHRA drag racing competitions held in the United States. He is currently looking towards more Southern ABR events in the near future.
